Manager – Treasure Chest Thrift Store

Treasure Chest Thrift Store is seeking a dependable, motivated Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead our staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities include:

● Supervise and coordinate employees and volunteers
● Provide excellent customer service
● Handle cash register and daily financial transactions
● Receive, sort, price, and display donated merchandise
● Maintain attractive and organized sales areas
● Assist with scheduling and daily assignments
● Open and close the store
● Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
● Help meet store sales and operational goals
● Represent the store and its mission professionally

Qualifications: Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred. Must be dependable, organized, trustworthy, able to communicate effectively, and comfortable working with both employees and volunteers. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Bilingual a plus .This position is 4 days per week.
