💜🎂 THIS AIN’T JUST A CAKE EVENT… THIS IS A STATEMENT.

On October 17th, we’re taking something sweet and turning it into something powerful.

Jream Foundation Inc. & Flourish Sisters present:
✨ CAKE WITH A TWIST ✨

We’re getting our hands messy, getting creative, and having real conversations about domestic violence, breaking the silence, supporting survivors, and creating change.

Because sometimes healing looks like a conversation.
Sometimes strength looks like showing up.
And sometimes… it looks like decorating a cake with a room full of people who refuse to stay silent. 💜

🎂 YOU’LL DECORATE YOUR OWN 6-INCH CAKE
🧁 Materials, tools & instruction provided
💜 WEAR PURPLE
🎀 Stand with survivors
🗣️ Raise awareness
🤝 Build community
✨ Leave with something you created—and a message that matters.

And let’s be clear…

We’re not just making pretty cakes.
We’re making noise.
We’re creating conversations.
We’re standing together.
WE’RE BREAKING THE SILENCE.

🔥 REGISTRATION OPENS SOON.
⚠️ SPOTS WILL BE LIMITED.

So don’t wait until everybody else is talking about it.

Be in the room.

🎒✨ WHAT A DAY! Jream’s Annual Back-to-School Bash was a HUGE success! ✨🎒

Over 160 amazing people came out to celebrate, connect, and help prepare our kids for a new school year! ❤️

Because of the incredible support of our community, sponsors, and volunteers, we were able to provide:

👟 60+ pairs of brand-new shoes
🎒 75+ backpacks filled with school essentials
💈 35+ haircuts from barbers who generously donated their time and talent
💇🏽‍♀️ 35 young girls received beautiful braided hairstyles

But this event was about so much more than school supplies. It was about showing our children that their community sees them, supports them, and believes in them. 🫶🏽

💙 A HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS:
Walmart and LaQuinta Inn & Suites
Your support helped make this day possible, and we are truly grateful! ❤️

🎉 VENDOR RECOGNITION! 🎉
Thank you to the amazing vendors who brought even more fun, energy, and flavor to our event:

And to every barber, braider, volunteer, donor, vendor, supporter, and family who showed up — THANK YOU! We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌🏽

Your past doesn’t dictate your future. Like wildflowers, we should allow ourselves to grow and flourish in places others may have doubted. The most beautiful flowers can bloom in adversity.

I am grateful to Avon Park Correctional Institution for having me as a guest speaker at the Annual Women’s History luncheon.

This luncheon was a reminder that we that we all “bloom in our time and thrive despite challenges”
