🎉 A historic day for the Church!
Today in Rome, Pope Leo XIV canonized Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati, declaring them saints and offering their lives as shining examples of holiness for us all.
Carlo, a modern teenager who loved soccer, video games, and technology, used the internet to spread devotion to the Eucharist. His short life is a powerful reminder that holiness is possible here and now—even in the ordinary details of modern life.
Pier Giorgio Frassati, a joyful young man from Turin, Italy, lived the Beatitudes through his love for the poor and his zeal for adventure in the mountains. He challenges us to live our faith with courage, generosity, and joy.
As Knights of Columbus, we rejoice with the whole Church on this day and ask the intercession of these new saints for young people, families, and all who strive to follow Christ faithfully.
Saint Carlo Acutis and Saint Pier Giorgio Frassati, pray for us!
