Still looking for someone to help us make some signs for the entrances.

Also if you see trash, pick it up if you can, and dispose of it properly.

If your interested in walking in the evenings now that the weather is getting better. Looking for a couple folks to get together to possible walk a couple times a week. We can meet up and walk different areas.

Also several names have been handed over to the constable for illegal dumping.

"Denise Jones, Teresa Sheneman, Keith Slaten". I will start listing the names here monthly prob. I have a few more for next month already. Confirmed to not own any lots in IHH.

These people dump huge loads of trash, tires, appliances take up 1 whole dumpster, deer carcarcus.

Burn Ban is still in effect for Marion County as of today.

The HOA has not provided the names of the Board currently but we do know that Pres Pitts stepped down due to health reasons.

Mrs Warner also supposedly was stepping down. When I find out any updates on the present situation I will list.

If you need a copy of the HOA bylaws, DM me.

Also there are a few lots for sale currently if your interested, and a few homes. DM for info.

We are still looking for "Okie" the little schnauzer that's lost.

Her last known whereabouts was off SunnyBrook by Water ridge rd. Just north of where the mailboxes are.

Please keep your eye out for her. She's 18 and blind and deaf.
Gray in color.

Thanks to all those out there picking up trash.

We also have turned in several folks for using our dumpsters illegally. The constable is handling it. We are grateful for his assistance.

Friendly reminder that the Dumpsters in IHH are for Paying Due members Only.

We have found several people's property in our dumpsters in recent weeks.
Reminder that we prosecute and charge fines.
We also can trespass you from this area.

If you don't reside or own Property in IHH, we kindly ask please don't use our community's dumpsters. Its for due paying members only.

We were made aware of a gentlemen on foot Wedneday night, looking in people's cars and electrical boxes.
He was on Mims and ran toward IHH.

Did anyone happen to see anyone walking on foot Wed night around 630 to 730pm.

This is a warning to whoever it is, let us catch you.

We don't call 911.

People are driving out, slow, but it's still very very slick.

A lot of the snow is melting but there alot of ice and with the Temps under freezing every night this week, it may take time for roads to melt.

Be Careful. Stay home if you can. Walmart does deliver out here.

The community is blessed with wonderful friends and neighbors and a beautiful lake.
