The first of the year Cancer Well-fit Program session starts next week and we still have room for more participants. If you are within a year of cancer treatment, and are interested in participating in this free 10-week exercise program, please call Danielle 805-637-9301. This non-profit program has been operating out of the Avila Bay Athletic Club & Spa for over 11 years.

Thank you everyone for coming out to the Happy Hour and annual Cancer Well-fit program fundraiser!! We had many donations from sponsors, members , guests, program participants and the annual matching funds donation from the Avila Civic Association. Looking forward to helping more cancer survivors become stronger, and healthy.
