3rd Annual Greg Wietasch Memorial Golf Outing
In 2021, after suffering silently, our youngest son, Greg took his life at age 25. In 2022, his best friend, Brandon McGavitt held a memorial golf outing to help raise awareness and break the stigma of mental illness, as well as honor a son, brother, fiancé, and best friend. Last year, we raised over $23,000 for iRise to Save Lives thanks to the generosity of so many. The funds allow for on-going therapy of many that lost loved ones or are suicidal and for educating local communities in su***de prevention.
The outing this year will be August 17th at Indian Run Golf Course in Avella – see flyer. 100% of the proceeds will again go to iRise to Save Lives, (www.irisetosavelives.com).
