Friend In Need is saddened to share the passing of Frani Davis on August 16. Frani, and her husband, Billy, were among the original founding families of Friend In Need.

Our mission to help those in need in Cape May County was something Frani strongly believed in, and we are deeply appreciative of her continued support through the years. She will be dearly missed by her family, her friends, and all of us at Friend In Need.

Services will be held on Friday, August 22 at Maris Stella Church (10am viewing, 11am Mass), with a private burial to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frani's memory to Friend In Need, PO Box 5, Avalon, NJ.

Thank you shoppers!
Many thanks to the amazing Lilly Pulitzer for hosting a sip and shop event this past weekend. 10% of the proceeds from the day were donated to their friends up north (that's us), and they managed to raise nearly $2,500. We are truly grateful for the support and donations. We knew we could count on our snowbird shoppers to make this event a success.
