❌Unfortunately, my vet forced me to make the kindest decision and let her go to Jesus. She had issues with her front left leg as well as her left rear leg being mangled so she had no support on that left side. THIS IS WHY I SCREAM AND HOLLER ABOUT SPAYING/NEUTERING YOUR ANIMALS!! AND IF YOU FEED THEM, BY LAW, THEY ARE YOUR ANIMALS!!! FIX THEM!!💔

SORRY, this is definitely not the update I wanted to give! My vet is also my friend and he always helps me make the best decision regardless of how much I argue! Y’all know my pea brain wants to save them all! But she will be coming home to me and not tossed in the landfill so at least there’s that I guess.

Well y’all already know I’m a big fat liar 😹 so here we go again! I opened Facebook like a dummy and saw a post about a kitten with broken legs. Immediately made me think of Bennett! And you know I still have the wheelchair some of my amazing friends bought for him and he never got to use. Anyway…. He was taken to the Sampson County Animal Shelter so I reached out and they are going to help me out and take him to Caring Hands Animal Hospital, P.A. For me. I don’t know a thing about this poor kitten but I do know he will either be helped or humanely euthanized and buried beside of Bennett. I will update after the vet has a chance to examine him. You already know we will do whatever we can to help him! Kittens are tough so I am hopeful he will be able to be fixed up!

Our garage AC unit decided to croak on us this weekend! This is where our TNR ferals recover, and some that do not want to be around humans regularly and cannot be released live. So we have to get this replaced TODAY! Any amount helps and takes a little off of what I will personally pay. Regardless, I will put my last dollar into it so they will not be hot for too long I promise you that!

I have never been here to eat so I can’t speak on the food or service, I have been told both are phenomenal! But what I can speak on the support I hear they have given other rescues in the community! That to me speaks volumes about this establishment and the people that run it. Now I see them paying tribute to one of the kindest most charitable celebrities in history! I may never make it there to eat, I’m not fancy or ever not covered in pet hair from home or dirt and grease from work lol but I pray that everyone that is able will patronize this establishment just based on their kindness and generosity!

Hi friend, my name is Moose and I’m roughly 1 1/2 years old. I’m a pampered house cat who likes lounging in the sun and playing with toys. I even like to play with the dog, we run, jump and wrestle all the time. I like temptations and delectable treats. I eat my dry food but haven’t found a canned food I enjoy other than tuna. I did say I’m pampered. I tend to be on the quiet side unless I really want something. I like to think I’m easy going once I get to know you. Most of the time I just hang out in my cat tree and sleep. I’m very good about not scratching furniture as long as I have a scratching post. Head nudges and under the chin scratches are my love language.

🤯Just a side note…. When you ask for my help with TNR then you don’t respond when I try to line up helping then I remove you from my list. Or when you clearly need help and are too stubborn to accept it I will absolutely not offer again! Sounds harsh and it is unfortunate for the cats but I’m busy and the more I deal with people the more the less I want to continue with Saving Sampson!
I want to go back to my early TNR days sitting in parking lots looking creepy but not having to deal with humans complicating things 😂 I’ll take looking creepy over complication any day.
