We had a very productive Month After the groundbreaking and fundraising event! When visiting the property check out these highlights! The $336 raised by Pat Mariani, Garrett Hassay, AJ Caraballo,Tara (Cruickshank) Martin, Stefanie Johnson, Trudee Davis, Jamie Serrecchio, David Karr, Amanda Upright, Rebekah Vasko, Corinn Sanders, Lisa Munnell, Ross Cline, and 2 Anonymous donors was used to purchase the raised beds! Just an FYI to anyone who can see this. The old woodside school location is being transformed into a 7 acre community garden. A very important meeting is taking place tonight at 7pm @ Tabernacle Evangelical Church in its library on racoon Road.

Turn the page

So I was at dunkin this morning and those who know me know I'm notorious for paying it foward for the next person in line. For me it creates an opportunity to flip someone's day around or give someone a headstart unexpectedly. Well today behind me was a woman. I said to her "Before I buy your meal I just have a few questions." Who are you voting for in the next election? How many kids do you have? and are you currently on foodstamps ? It's very important that I know your religion. Because you know the perfect religion only makes you eligible for a free meal.

I continued "If any of your answers don't line up perfectly with my beliefs I'm sorry but I'll have to deny you." She looked at me with a shocked and disgusted look on her face, the people behind her started to laugh at the belittling that was currently taking place. Embarrassed she turned around and walked out. Everyone cheered and bought me my breakfast, I felt like a true proud American.

I hope by now you realize this story is completely made up. Unfortunately, this is what's really going on in America when people are guided by their mind thoughts and beliefs . It's simple I walked into dunkin guided by my heart, I buy the persons breakfast because that person behind me is a person.. That person behind me has feelings and that person is worthy of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. It's that simple... Let's turn the page.
