Selective enforcement and stuff.
Through the years laws are interpreted by each presiding judge. Arguments are made on each side to persuade a ruling in their favor. Eventually this process is applied to every rule of law and basic rules to everyday life. This applies to kids not maintaining average grades and allowed to play in the big game that night.
Co workers allowed longer lunch breaks, smaller work loads and extra time off . Civil procedure to avoid punishment because they can . The one in charge of enforcement is tired of getting yelled at. This brings me to my point ,allowing a convicted felon to go home after sentencing till his appeal is heard is ridiculous. It’s not like he’s going to be an upstanding citizen now, he wasn’t one before there’s no incentive to be one now.
When he kept postponing the proceedings it was in his best interest. Now this part of court proceedings is much slower, so let’s not inconvenience him by having him wait like anyone else.
The selective enforcement for certain people isn’t fair and equal to all. Why should Kent be allowed to go home , he’s a convicted felon that has yet to take responsibility for his crimes against his victims.
A narcissist blames everyone for their behavior and in their eyes it wasn’t wrong. Why is court’s priority not to inconvenience Kent.
When does the laws and rules apply equally to everyone.
