On this day in 1918, American and French forces concluded the Battle of Château-Thierry, a key engagement in World War I and one of the first major actions involving large numbers of American Expeditionary Forces (AEF) under General John J. Pershing.

The battle was part of the larger Second Battle of the Marne, a turning point that began to push German forces into retreat—thanks in large part to the determination and bravery of American troops.

Why It Matters:
The performance of U.S. soldiers at Château-Thierry proved that America was a force to be reckoned with on the global stage. It also marked the emergence of the United States as a leading defender of freedom and democracy abroad.

True leadership isn’t about titles or being the loudest in the room—it’s about being real, intentional, and mission-driven. When you lead with purpose, people feel it. They trust it. They’re inspired by it.

Ego demands attention. Purpose earns respect.
In business and in life, the leaders who create real impact are the ones who lead from the heart—with clarity, humility, and authenticity.

Lead with vision. Lead with integrity. Lead with purpose.

On this day in 1945, Heinrich Himmler, one of Adolf Hitler’s top N**i officials and the chief architect of the Holocaust, was captured by British forces in northern Germany. Attempting to disguise himself and flee, Himmler was identified, arrested, and later committed su***de in custody.

⚖️ His capture marked a pivotal moment in holding war criminals accountable and seeking justice after World War II. It also underscored the critical role Allied forces—including thousands of American veterans—played in dismantling tyranny and defending human rights.

📜 Why It Matters: The victory in WWII wasn’t just military—it was moral. Our veterans fought not only to protect our homeland, but to liberate millions and bring criminals to justice.

🎖️ Veteran Salute: We honor every American who stood against oppression and upheld the values of freedom, justice, and dignity.

💬 “Evil thrives when the good stay silent. But our veterans spoke with courage—and the world listened.”

🫡 Support the Mission. Honor the Legacy. Build the Future.
