Beginning July 1st, the Steiner Ranch Master Association will be managed by AMG. The board spent countless hours on research, meetings with various management companies, checking references from residents, board of directors and vendors. Based on reviewing the consistent feedback from the residents, we came up with a list of criteria that made AMG the clear choice. These priorities include:



-a strong and seasoned general manager that has an employment history with the management company that is ready to hit the ground running on day one

-ability to effectively communicate and anticipate the needs of our residents

-prompt response times and personal service with regards to after-hours service

-provide a streamline and efficient process for making reservations for our amenities and submitting ACC applications

-history and track record of proper care and maintenance of amenities, landscaping and communities in general

-up-to-date and proper handling of documents (including financials) that will be provided to our residents on a consistent basis.



Our new manager, Zachary Dulevitz will be sending a welcome email directly to the you this week or next. You will be hearing from him frequently after July 1st. Zachary and the AMG executives will be at our Independence Day celebration (Monday, July 3rd 6pm-8pm) to answer questions and help residents set up their portals.



The board will be available to answer any questions about the process we followed to find the right management company for our community and answer any general questions at the next upcoming board meeting on Tuesday, June 20th.



There is nothing you need to do as a resident except look forward to a new chapter and all the improvements that are coming to Steiner Ranch.

GET READY TO SHRED!!!

The annual Steiner Ranch Shred Day event is scheduled for Saturday, June 17th, and will take place in the Town Square parking lot from 9am – 12 pm. The Steiner Ranch HOA offers this free opportunity to safely dispose of old personal documents to Steiner Ranch residents. Nonresidents attempting to take advantage of this opportunity will be turned away as this is an HOA-funded event.

Please note: This is a rain or shine event. Residents may bring up to two boxes of documents for free on-site shredding.

Steiner Ranch is in the unincorporated area of Travis County, and the county will eventually pick up brush. While no specific date has been given, they ask that all materials be brought to the street today.
