Tanglewood Forest Limited District is the local, grassroots government responsible for services such as maintaining and operating parks and pool, enforcing deed restrictions, removing graffiti, oversight over tennis/pickle ball court, and contracting for supplemental security. The Limited District was created in 1998 to allow residents to supplement services provided by the City of Austin. The Lim

ited District's superior services assure that the neighborhood is an attractive place to live. That, in turn, helps protect your investment in your home. Most sections of the District have restrictions that require review and approval by the Architectural Control Committee prior to commencement of exterior changes to a property. You can request approval by submitting the ACC Request for Approval form. The Limited District is overseen by five of your neighbors who are elected to four-year terms. The board of directors meet monthly to conduct the business of the District. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of the month, unless date change is posted on our website, and are open to the public in conformance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Your Board of Directors remains committed to providing the best services at the lowest possible cost.

NOTICE: 2024 FINANCIAL AUDIT APPROVED AND POSTED

The TFLD Board of Directors approved the 2024 Financial Audit at last night's board meeting. The document is now available to view on the District website: https://tanglewoodforestlimiteddistrict.com/audits

Why the 2024 Audit?
District documents were destroyed in 2020 and as a result, our accounting firm had to recreate financial records. This rebuilding process requires meticulous verification to ensure accuracy from one year to another.

The 2024 audit is another major milestone in restoring our community's records. The TFLD Board is continuing to work with the District's accounting firm to bring all audits current.

📢 IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION SITE NOTICE
As we continue building the Tanglewood Forest Limited District Recreational Complex, safety and site integrity are our main priorities. Unfortunately, the site has recently experienced criminal mischief and theft of construction supplies.

To prevent further disruption and protect project resources, we have hired an overnight security team to monitor the property in addition to the existing 24-hour camera surveillance. We regret having to absorb this additional operational expense, but it is a necessary step to ensure our new facilities are completed without costly delays.

If you ever see any suspicious activity around the site or have information about site thefts that have already occurred, please report it immediately to local authorities. Thank you for helping us keep our neighborhood safe and this construction project on track!

Say Goodbye To The Old Pool House!
The next big step in construction of the Tanglewood Forest Limited District Recreational Complex is that the "old" pool house (pictured here) will soon be demolished to make way for our brand-new, larger community center.
• Renderings: Detailed indoor and outdoor renderings of the new center are being finalized and will be shared with the community very soon!
• Building Materials: Get a first-hand look at the textures and materials that will bring our new center to life. Samples will be available for viewing at the next Tanglewood Forest Limited District Board of Directors' Meeting.
