We want to take a moment to thank everyone who has visited our Bandcamp, listened to the music, and taken time to engage with the message behind it. Every listen, every share, every conversation helps keep people connected—and sometimes, connection is what saves a life.
Today we’re highlighting a track from Volume One:
“Hold On Be Strong” by Wizards of Atlantis, featuring a powerful guest appearance by HR of Bad Brains. The title says it all. In moments of pain, uncertainty, or loss, this song is a reminder that strength can come from holding on—together.
As we continue to raise awareness around overdose and recovery, we’re also looking ahead. Volume 5 drops later this month, and we’re grateful to walk this journey with artists, listeners, and advocates who believe that one life lost is one too many.

It's free, it's community, it might just be what someone needs to hear and it might be what makes their day a little better. And it might make your day a little better. Love and compassion go a long way and we aren't here on this plane forever. Make today a good day, on purpose. Let's go back to the beginning for those that have just followed. One is Too Many is an initiative to raise awareness about overdose. We have all lost too many loved ones to ignore our collective grief. One life is too many to lose to a death that is 100 percent preventable. Supported by musicians that have been impacted by this tragedy, we give the music away on Bandcamp and ask for one thing in return. And that is that you will make one gesture to promote overdose awareness and the ones that have been lost to overdose. ❤️
