Toastmasters is an international speaking organization that guides its members to become better public speakers in two ways. First by creating a supportive speaking environment which allows the members to overcome stage fright. Secondly by having the members practice giving evaluated speeches covering any topic (this is where the audience is entertained since you never know what type of speech will be given).
