The 2026 Annual Legislative Luncheon, hosted by The Links, Incorporated, took place on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. EDT at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.

The event focused on Black Women’s Health, emphasizing the critical need to eliminate health disparities and improve outcomes through advocacy, education, research, and strategic partnerships. Thought leaders and subject matter experts explored key topics, including menopausal health, heart health, breast cancer awareness and prevention, access to quality healthcare, and the social determinants of health disproportionately impacting Black women.

The luncheon honored individuals dedicated to exemplary community service locally and globally, while acknowledging Link sisters serving in the U.S. Congress who carry forward the Co-Founders’ vision of using friendship and service as tools for social justice and transformation.
