Austin Yoga Meet Up

Yall. I did not even realize today was the eleven year anniversary of the first ever austin yoga meetup free class. I just wanted to share a practice I love so much, and I stayed proactive about building community from that point forward. The pandemic and motherhood (for many of us who’ve poured love into these community events) changed, and paused a lot. Here’s to cosmic alignment and remembering we have the power to be the change we want to see in the world. One breath and one positive action at a time.

⛅️ FREE YOGA tomorrow Saturday 5/2 is still on at 11am. Bring a towel to put under your may since the ground is being soaked today, but the forecast currently says sun for the day, and we will be out there ready to breathe and flow together under the big tree outside the south side of Barton Springs pool - off Azie Morton Rd. Swipe to see a helpful map to find our spot for class.
No yoga experience necessary. Human and furry children are welcome if they want to join you beside your mat. You’ll need your own mat and a water bottle.

Join us for a free beginner friendly yoga class outside of Barton springs pool. These classes started as a way to get people out from behind our phones, and into real community together. Please give yourself the gift of prioritizing an hour to be outside, in connection with yourself and the world around. Peace starts with loving yourself, and making time to love yourself. I hope to see you on your mat!

10:30am YOGA (suggested $5 donation to Bliss Kid Yoga)
11:30am raffle and prizes!! Ice water and Refreshments will be provided 🙏

Join us under the shade for coffee and yoga beside DHABA CAFE coffee truck at the lovely shady space at 7221 Mcniel drive.
All levels and beginner friendly. Bring your own mat, dress comfortably, and come early or stay late to grab something delicious from our friends at Suggested $10 minimum donation. Plenty of free parking available.
