Tanglewood Forest Against Stalker Noel Gonsalvez

Tanglewood Forest Against Stalker Noel Gonsalvez Tanglewood Forest deserves better than this lowlife thug.

To warn and protect neighbors from Tanglewood Forest board candidate Noel Gonsalvez, a well-documented harasser and stalker of women in the South Austin/78748 area. For the last several years the women and children of Tanglewood Forest have been terrorized, harassed and stalked by neighborhood Board/HOA candidate Noel Gonsalvez. Our aim is to expose Noel's false "just a good neighbor trying to ser

ve my community" image and show him for who he really is; a dangerous and unhinged 63 year old divorced, unemployed man who regularly harasses, bullies and intimidates women and others he feels are beneath him.

More lowlife, creep behavior by Noel Gonsalvez and his campaign, online and at the Tanglewood early voting location!

After the October 16th Tanglewood board meeting, Noel took to his page and publicly announced from an "anonymous participant" account that he would be contacting fellow candidate Cynthia Luna's bosses and would slander her for opposing him in the Tanglewood election (screenshot attached).

Then, he left several slanderous reviews of Cynthia on her company's page wall. Not liking someone is one thing, but to try and mess with a person's livelihood over an HOA election? What a scumbag.

Even sweeter, on the first day of early voting, Noel sent his squad of goons to harass voters and campaign staff from Cynthia Luna and Laura Shotwell's campaigns. At one point, current Board member and Gonsalvez cronie Brian Whelan began yelling and accosting a female campaign volunteer, prompting her to call the Police and Travis County election judge to file a voter intimidation report. (Pic & Video included below)

Folks, a vote for Noel Gonsalvez is a vote for more of this low-class disgusting behavior. Send these wretched self-righteous people a clear message that this toxic BS is not welcome in our quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Vote for the 3 candidates who will bring back dignity and class to our neighborhood Board.

Protect Tanglewood Forest from stalker and Board candidate Noel Gonsalvez!

For the past 2 years, Mr. Gonsalvez has been terrorizing, harassing and stalking Tanglewood Forest families at their homes, Board meetings, churches and even their children's schools. Now, this unhinged man wants you to elect him to serve on our neighborhood Board. Let's send him a clear message that he is not welcome in our neighborhood or in Tanglewood parks near our children.

You may have seen his poorly designed signs at mailboxes throughout Tanglewood where he advertises himself as "Ethical & Engaged". Please understand that this man is neither ethical, nor engaged; he is a disturbed man who causes chaos wherever he goes.

During early voting and on election day, let's send a clear message to the community that this creep is not welcome in our neighborhood or in its parks near our children.

Keep our neighborhood safe from Tanglewood Trash, vote no to Noel Gonsalvez!

Beware of stalker in Tanglewood Forest harassing single mom.

An update on Noel Gonsalvez, the candidate whose meeting disruptions in October 2023 caused us to need 3 Law Enforcement Officers to provide security during monthly Board meetings.

Not satisfied with coming to meetings to harass and insult Kimberly, the neighborhood Director who beat him in the Nov. 2022 election, Mr. Gonsalvez attempted to further embarrass her by taping flyers with a copy of her arrest record onto every single streetlight pole in the neighborhood for the last 2 days straight.

Thankfully, a group of 5 moms got together after witnessing Noel taping the streetlights and they were able to remove them all in less than an hour.

Attached is a picture of Mr. Gonsalvez taken by one of the moms, pic of his facebook post bragging about his plans to do this, pic of light pole taped with flyer, pic of the pile and full box of flyers after they were taken down.

This woman is someone's daughter, a mother, and an actual human being worthy of respect. What a cowardly, disgusting, and low-class thing for a man to do.

Shame on you, Noel Gonsalvez.

Tanglewood meeting security details.

Over the last 6 months, we have had several complaints from homeowners feeling unsafe in monthly meetings due to Noel Gonsalvez, a losing candidate in the November 2022 election, insulting Directors and harassing residents in the parking lot.

At our most recent meeting on October 18, we had yet another incident in which an off-duty Sheriff's Deputy had to get involved when Mr. Gonsalvez fell to the ground after trying unsuccessfully to steal a chair from a Director who had already begun pulling it out to seat himself at the Board table. Mr. Gonsalvez then began screaming at the Director whose seat he had tried to take, and claimed that he had been assaulted. This derailed the meeting for several minutes as the Deputy restored order to the meeting.

Rest assured this behavior will never be tolerated and every future meeting will have at least 1 armed Law Enforcement Officer to keep the public safe from these types of incidents.

Attached is most recent picture of Mr. Gonsalvez so that meeting attendees can readily identify him.

We hope our residents won't let this one "bad apple" prevent them from getting involved in their community. Looking forward to seeing everyone at our next meeting on November 15 at the Poolhouse @ 9809 Curlew, across from Kocurek Elementary!

Thank you to ALL of our Tanglewood Forest early voters! We're overwhelmed with all the support from the first week of early voting, and can't wait for the rest of you to vote on Election Day.

We have enjoyed meeting all of you door-to-door, at the polling places, and during our month-long community clean-up event.

A huge "thank you" to our campaign & clean-up volunteers Summer, Leia, Chris, Grace, Tyrone, Minerva, Lara, Cindy, Soo, Erica, Brooklyn, Edwin, Gustavo, Evelyn, Juan, Rob & Eva. We couldn't have done this without you!

The Tanglewood Forest election is at the VERY END of your ballot, behind all the school bonds and School Board elections. A sample ballot picture is attached for clarification. Make sure you go to the end of your ballot!

Again, thank you all so much for the support, and we look forward to continuing to serve our neighbors after the election!

Making Tanglewood Forest safer already! Check out our cleanup of an abandoned homeless camp in Tanglewood.

Candidates Kimberly Minjarez, Roberto Mandujano and several homeowners finally completed a month-long cleanup project of an abandoned homeless camp in land bordering a Tanglewood Forest park.

This abandoned homeless camp was full of hundreds of used syringes, broken glass, mountains of trash and was the site of numerous small fires recently. Residents bordering these woods had been concerned for years about fires spreading to their homes, using the bathroom in public, and their backyards being entered by homeless.

While the other candidates are making boring, uninspired posts on Nextdoor, we are already beginning to fulfill our promise of making Tanglewood a better and safer neighborhood. We spent the last 4 weekends volunteering our time on this project, and after your vote this election season, we will spend the next 4 years serving Tanglewood Forest in the same way.

Vote Kimberly Minjarez and Roberto Mandujano! Early voting starts October 24-Nov. 4 and on November 8!
