Construction Veterans Reducing Suicide

10/12/2026

Some fun editing the videos from the Vets Range Day..

This weekend we held our first annual Veterans Range Day, we had 16 shooters on 4 teams zeroing in on 100,200,300, and 400 yard targets to take home the 1st place “Top Shot” Award…
Now we picked this day due to it being “World Mental Health Day” 10/10/2026. So it was great to talk about the efforts we are putting forth for the construction industry and our military veterans now working in this industry. We are seeing a drop in the numbers reported, but there is more work to be done to get to zero. Just like adjusting your grouping for a long range target, we can pull together and get closer to that center objective.
The Range is “Hot” waiting you to take action to Reduce Su***de in Construction.

Well tomorrow morning is the day!
We will “Fire” up the Range, out in Rockdale Tx for the First annual “Austin Veterans Range Day”
The party tent is set up, the range has been mowed, the targets set, the ammo is sorted, the grill will provide lunch for our “Targeted Teams” and we will see who is the Top Shot in Austin Construction!
Again this is our first year doing this style of event so we went small to make it manageable.
But I think you you will have a great time supporting a great cause!

Members have asked for some time about the chance to do a shootout that was more than the s***t shoot. (Yep, we are talking AR- 223/5.56)
Well, we have the answer now – the Veterans Range Day on Oct 10th ( World Mental Health Day)
This benefit will support AGC Austin’s – Construction Veterans Reducing Su***de (CVRS) and Gunny’s Warriors

Sign up a shooting team, select a sponsorship, or donate a raffle item to be given away..
