We are stepping into a new chapter as a fully independent nonprofit organization—and we do so with deep gratitude for the faithful foundation that brought us here.

Education Connection was launched in 2009 through Hill Country Bible Church at Naumann Elementary in Leander ISD and expanded in 2015 through Christ Together Greater Austin as its Act of Service. What began as a shared vision among pastors and school leaders has grown into a regional movement focused on one goal:

…every student reading by the end of 3rd grade.

Today, we serve:
• 19 school districts
• 108 elementary schools
• 1,160 volunteers
• 2,563 students weekly

We are honored to carry this work forward and remain committed to collaborative impact across Central Texas.

Together, we celebrate what has been—and what is to come.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms, volunteers, and school staff who pour so much love, time, and encouragement into the lives of our students every single day. 💐

Your kindness, patience, support, and servant hearts make a lasting difference both in the classroom and beyond. Whether you are helping at school events, volunteering behind the scenes, cheering students on, or simply showing up every day with love — you are appreciated more than words can say.

What a wonderful way to wrap up our Round Rock ISD Local Author Tour! 📚✨

Day 4, and our final day of celebrating campuses across the district took us to:

🍎 Anderson Mill Elementary

Education Connection was honored to help bring local author Kat Kronenberg to campuses throughout Round Rock ISD these past several days. Watching students light up during story time, engage with the author, and celebrate the joy of reading has been such a meaningful experience.

A heartfelt thank you to all of the schools, librarians, teachers, staff, and volunteers who helped make this tour such a success. We are grateful for every opportunity to support literacy, learning, and community connections for our students. 💙📖

Day 2 of 4 on our local author tour was another amazing success! 📚✨

Education Connection loved celebrating the end of the school year with the incredible students and staff at:

Students had the opportunity to hear from local author Kat Kronenberg, whose stories inspire kindness, imagination, and a love for reading. Seeing students engaged, asking questions, and excited about books made this day truly special!
