We’re one week away from Blueprint: Built to Win!

This program is designed for trades-based businesses that are ready to take on public and large-scale infrastructure work, and want a clearer path to get there. Across four virtual sessions, Blueprint focuses on the practical building blocks that matter most: strategic partnerships, public sector engagement, hiring and workforce management, licensing and bonding readiness, and financial fundamentals.

Participants will also have the opportunity to learn directly from and connect with peers, prime contractors, public agency decision-makers, and industry professionals who understand what it takes to deliver on major projects.
