What a wonderful Saturday morning with our amazing members of TGOC Philoptochos! ❤️
We came together for a fantastic tsoureki baking class, and it was pure joy from start to finish! Whether you were a total newbie, handling dough for the first time, or a seasoned pro, braiding like a master, everyone had so much fun sharing laughs and tips, while the incredible aroma filled the air.
Look at these beautiful braided beauties we created — fluffy, golden, and ready for Easter (or honestly, any day because tsoureki is life)!
Thank you to everyone who joined, taught, and made the day so special. Tradition, friendship, and delicious bread — the perfect combo! 🥖✨

Our hearts go out to the families and communities devastated by the recent floods in Texas. Homes have been destroyed, livelihoods disrupted, and many are in urgent need of support to recover.
Transfiguration's Ladies Philoptochos, in Austin, Texas, is launching a GoFundMe campaign to provide critical aid—food, shelter, clothing, and rebuilding assistance—to those affected. Every dollar donated will go directly to helping Texas flood victims get back on their feet.
