Kids at the Crossroads, Inc. Kids at the Crossroads Inc is a 501(c)3 licensed foster child placing agency est 1995 in Texas. We provide therapeutic foster homes for youth birth to 22.

Kids at the Crossroads provides therapeutic foster homes for youth, ages birth to 22 years, who have experienced abuse and neglect, including medically fragile youth. KATC serves foster families in and near Austin, Brownwood, San Antonio, and Houston, Texas. KATC has served over 1,500 foster children since 1995.

Kids at the Crossroads is committed to providing quality services. Treatment and services provided contribute to the overall healthy development and growth of each child behaviorally, socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically. Our homes facilitate our mission through structure, acceptance, a safe and nurturing environment, consistent caring discipline, and FUN!

- Therapeutic agency homes to care for six or fewer children
- Primary medical homes to care for medically fragile children
- Individual service plans addressing the specific needs of each child

- Individual and group psychotherapy
- Psychiatric medication management
- Psychological testing, evaluation, and consultation
- Liaison with school and other educational services
- Utilization of community resources
- Emergency, short, and long-term placements
