Women Who Werk creates women-first experiences that can help disrupt inequitable systems.

Women Who Werk creates women-first experiences that can help disrupt inequitable systems by creating spaces where women are seen, heard, valued, and supported. With access to critical self-development resources and the community they need to thrive, women can learn to overcome their blocks while prioritizing happiness, healing, growth, and self-love. To date, thousands of women have signed up for

our online, in-person, and offline experiences centered around the Self-Werk Method and the Six Pillars of Success; acceptance, self-compassion, self-ownership, self-mastery, contribution, and legacy. By taking action in each Self-Werk area by making Queeendom Moves, women can gain more confidence as they push past their internal blocks and fears to have more success. Since 2015, we have impacted thousands of women by hosting over 40 events, including three women’s empowerment summits. These experiences have given us the honor of werkin with over 70 community organizations, coaches, and companies in the Austin area. A few of our partners include the City of Austin, the Austin Police Department, VMware, Bumble, AUTM, Future Front Texas, AISD, and Essence Magazine.

At Women Who Werk, the word WERK isn’t just a trendy term we use for fun. It’s a staple in everything we do because it means courageously living your truth, fully loving yourself, and rising to your highest potential through mind, body, and spirit.

This Mother’s Day weekend is the perfect time to honor the wisdom that helps us show up in our power and do our best WERK for ourselves, our families, and our communities.

For many of us, that mindset started with a mother or mother figure who showed us how to rise. Over the years, we’ve heard our community say the advice that helped them go from surviving to thriving included gems like “Protect your peace,” “Use your voice,” and “You are enough.”
