Greetings,
The West Rural Community Center (WRCC) located in Southwest Travis County, offers a wide variety of social services to indigent residents.
Food, rent/mortgage, utility and prescription assistance, a clothing closet, and food pantry.

SWAC committee has served in a capacity to the WRCC since 1985.

Unmet needs of WRCC clients. Caseworkers may access funds through the committee for basic needs of their clients.
Back packs, with new shoes, under garments, and a celebration for the start of the school. (Yes, and school supplies)

We work a one time events selling drinks and snacks. That event is April 26, 2025 at Pease Park, Austin.
