The Austin Gears council and producers of the Austin Person of Gear contest wish to make our support for Bambi Twist APOG2026. We are proud of our titleholder Bambi and cannot wait to ease what else she has in store for her title year.
“Dear Austin Gears Members,
It has come to our attention that some of our members have been questioning why our current
Person of Gear, Bambi, is attending events that previous titleholders have not.
To be clear, we wholeheartedly support what Bambi has been doing as our titleholder. She has
been visible in our community teaching kink classes and representing our organization at
several kink/leather/bdsm events.The fact that not all of those events are where some of our
previous titleholders have gone does not mean that Bambi is not doing the work of our
titleholder. She is doing it HER way, which is great. If you have questions about our titleholder
and how she is representing us, please reach out to Sir Roger or boy beacon, the co-producers
of the Austin Person of Gear contest.
And Austin Gears, as an organization, will be doing our best to support Bambi by posting
about her appearances on social media AND showing up to those events when we can.
