Moja Tu is a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to provide educational sponsorships to students in developing countries to end the cycle of poverty.

Moja Tu, a 501(c)(3) was started in January 2013 by Kathy Kempff and Christine Kempff. During a philanthropic trip to Africa in August 2012 where they volunteered at an orphanage in Kenya, they discovered a growing need to provide education to children. Moja Tu provides educational sponsorships to students with financial need with the goal of ending the cycle of poverty.

Vincent just graduated 🎓 from high school. Thanks to his sponsor’s support, he finished his studies and will start university this September.

At first, the support was financial, but over time it grew into a relationship of encouragement, guidance, and belief in Vincent’s potential. 💛

Edwin’s education journey was not easy. Financial hardship once stood in the way of his dreams, but resilience, determination, and his sponsor's support changed his story.

He graduated from high school last year with a B+, earning a place to join university this September, where he hopes to pursue his dream of studying medicine.
