Grateful for this community. 💚

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our latest TLC (Transplant Life Care) Meetup. Seeing transplant recipients, caregivers, and families come together to connect, share, and support one another is exactly why we do this.

From meaningful conversations to learning about skin care and sun protection, it was a reminder that we’re stronger—and healthier—together.

Special thanks to everyone who showed up, shared their stories, and helped make the space so welcoming. And to those who are new—you’re always welcome here.

Next up: we carry this energy into the Shamrock Smash Festival on April 11. 🍀
