We envision a world where every child is safe, every family is strong, and hope outshines hardship.

We serve children age birth to 17 who have suffered from neglect, abuse and abandonment, or children whose families are experiencing some type of crisis, such as the death of a parent, divorce, illness, violence, homelessness, parental drug/alcohol abuse and other issues that threaten family stability. Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services has seven main program areas: Group Homes, Foster Car

e, Adoption Services, Child and Family Program, Single Parent Family Program, Transitional Living and Education.

Spire and community volunteers packed school supply kits, distributed backpacks, and helped clean and organize our visitation room. Their time and care are helping Elevate Mentoring youth start the school year prepared while creating a welcoming space for families to connect and grow together. 📚✨

We’re proud of our Growing Together team for bringing families and community partners together at their 2nd Annual Back-to-School Bash in Mexia! 💜📚

330 community members received school supplies, resources, and encouragement to start the school year strong. We’re grateful for everyone who helped make this day possible! 🫶

We’re grateful to Bridgeton Kiwanis Club for donating 25 backpacks filled with school supplies 🎒📚✏️ to help St. Louis area youth start the new school year with confidence and hope.

For our PCHAS youth, these backpacks are a reminder that their community believes in them. 💙 Thank you, Kiwanis, for investing in our kids and helping them start this new chapter ready to learn and grow! 🍎✨

🎒📚 Back-to-school season is here, and North Texas donors, partner churches, and volunteers are making sure our children are ready! Our incredible 32 volunteers organized supplies, stuffed backpacks, and helped families fill and load more than 60 backpacks. 💜

A special thank-you to Bentwood Trail Presbyterian Church, Central Presbyterian Church, Faithbridge Presbyterian, First Presbyterian Church of Athens, First Presbyterian Church of Richardson, TX, First Presbyterian Church of Rockwall, NorthPark Presbyterian Church and Trinity Presbyterian Church of McKinney Texas for helping equip and celebrate our children and families! 🎒✨

📚✨ Since it’s back-to-school season, we’re celebrating Felicity’s incredible journey!

After 13 years away from college, Felicity returned to school while building a safe and stable life for herself and her children at PCHAS. Through determination, support from her family and PCHAS, and a whole lot of perseverance, she stayed on the Honor Roll and is now pursuing a brighter future in medical billing and coding.

Her story is a reminder that it’s never too late to keep learning, keep growing, and keep fighting for the future you deserve. 💜💚
