Beware of Legal Aid scams!

Legal aid is free. If someone contacts you claiming to be from Lone Star Legal Aid and asks for money or your financial information, it's a scam. We're seeing scammers impersonating legal aid organizations through phone calls, text messages, emails, and fake websites. Don't let them take advantage of you. This Friday, July 31 from 10AM - 4PM CT, attorneys from Texas Legal Services Center will answer questions about expunctions and nondisclosures from eligible visitors on the clinic website. Participants can ask questions, learn more about the steps involved, and, if eligible, receive guidance on moving forward with an expunction.

How to Participate:

2. Begin the chat by clicking or tapping on the chat icon in the bottom right of the screen.
