Urban Zen Urban Zen is a peer-led group in which we meditate, share, and explore the integration of Zen and Buddhist practice with modern daily life.

No previous experience with meditation or Zen necessary! This group is currently under reorganization and will continue to provide a dynamic and engaging community for the exploration of zen and meditation practice in daily life. While there are no meetings currently scheduled, check for additional information and new meetings in the near future!
