Leap to Success is the signature program of Launch Pad Job Club and provides other Austin and Central Texas nonprofit organizations pro bono, professional projects assistance utilizing the volunteer members of Launch Pad, professional seeking employment. Volunteering on projects helps our members keep their skills sharp while seeking employment and also allows them to give back to the community. A

t the same time, the nonprofits receive free assistance for projects they do not have the time, expertise or, most often, the budget to address on their own. A real "win-win" for all involved.
