Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) is creating future Catholic leaders—business owners, lawyers, engineers, doctors, teachers, software developers, pol
iticians, philanthropists, clergy, sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, spouses, neighbors—the whole lot. Based on this trend, the Church will grow poorer in the coming decades. A poorer Church becomes a weaker Church: fewer clergy, fewer well-educated workers, and less community involvement and programming to share the peace and joy found in Sacred Scripture and Tradition—truths that have shaped so many of us into who we are today. To meet this challenge, the organization helps form young Catholic professionals in all aspects of life—physical, mental, financial, emotional, and spiritual—so they can better serve others and spread God’s Word, peace, and joy. This mission is accomplished through community building, networking, events such as socials, keynote speeches, and panel discussions, spiritual development, professional development, service projects, retreats, mentorship, and more.
