We've introduced you to Maddie Patrickatrick previously when we featured Maddie and her aunt, Renetta QuintanaQuinterra. Little did we know that the multiFAMILY family was even stronger!

Here's what Maddie shared with us about being in the industry with her two younger brothers. Seeing my younger brothers build their own paths in multifamily has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career journey. I love when people tell me they’ve met them and share how polite or kind they were; those moments make me incredibly proud. Being able to mentor and guide them as they grow in this industry is something I truly value.

Jacob joined the industry 7 years ago and "loves working in the same industry as my siblings because we understand each other’s strengths and can support one another while continuing to grow. No matter the challenge at hand, we always have each other’s backs." Jordan who has 4 years of experience in multifamily said "it feels like we’re all part of the same world, working together to help maintain strong communities and provide the best service possible. I love working alongside my siblings in this industry because multifamily truly feels like home to me."

The multifamily and rental housing industry provides not just jobs but careers. Careers that put food on the table, put kids through college, and allow for retirement planning. So, it's no wonder that we see 2nd and even 3rd generation multifamily careers starting.
