The 3rd hour of TODAY shines a light on Hailey Hertzman and Katie Vonder Haar, best friends and the proud co-owners of Ooh La Lemon. The 13-year-olds run a hip pop-up shop based in Louisville, Kentucky, that sells trendy products such as purses and water bottles.
