Neighbors, our annual meeting, which was originally scheduled to be tonight at Bethany Lutheran Church, has been rescheduled to Thursday, May 11. The voting period for our board election has been extended accordingly, through Wednesday, May 10.

Tonight we will hold a regular monthly board meeting at 7pm *VIA ZOOM ONLY*. Please see the email from FirstService Residential for more details.

The Sendera Fall Fest is a month away (Saturday Oct 22 at 11am), and we need volunteers to make it happen. Please comment below to let me know what you can help with from the following list:

1 person to be in charge of sound system/microphone and background music playlist
3-4 people to bring folding tables and help with general set up
1 person to coordinate dessert contest (coordinate judges or a voting plan)
1 person to coordinate carved/decorated pumpkin contest (coordinate judges or voting plan)
1 person to coordinate a corn hole contest or similar game/activity for adults
2-3 people to help take down
