Humor Channel The BIPAC mission is to support, promote, and recognize excellence within The Austin Theatre Community. Iden Payne Awards Council vote.

Each season, the BIPAC Nominations Committee produces the BIPAC Nominations Ballot upon which Subscribing Members of the B. Subscribing Members vote upon nominations in categories that encompass Outstanding Elements in Production, Direction, Design, Acting, and more. Recipients of the award are recognized at the annual B. Iden Payne Awards Ceremony. Now in its 51st year, the Awards have become an

Austin tradition.
