Pop-Up Birthday At Pop-Up Birthday, our mission is to bring joy, hope and normalcy to children in foster care through the magic of birthdays!

We curate personalized birthday boxes to truly recognize and celebrate each child's unique personality and day. Every child deserves to be celebrated. Pop-Up Birthday was founded by a mom of three boys, and active community volunteer, with a passion for spreading the joy of birthdays to children in foster care. Pop-Up Birthday fulfills requests from our partner agencies to provide a personalized b

irthday celebration for children in foster care. Every Pop-Up Birthday box is filled to the brim with complete themed decorations, paper goods, games/craft, cake, candles, balloons, goody bags, a personalized card and gifts for the foster child.

Our beloved mascot was looking a little... worn out from the party life — but thanks to our incredibly talented friend Alex, Poppy the piñata has gotten a full-on glow up!

He’s brighter, bolder, and ready to celebrate Pop-Up Birthday’s 10th anniversary in style. You’ll meet the “new” Poppy this Friday at our sold-out gala at Assembly Hall!
