Sounds like a wonderful project! Austin’s LGBTQIA+ community has been waiting years for the City to keep its promise to help with land-use agreements so we can build LGBTQIA+ Community Centers with Affordable Housing around ATX. Happy to hear that Austin City Council is finally ready to consider such projects. Still waiting for their call.
