If you’re a DBIA Houston member, this lunch is more than a networking break — it’s a chance to help shape what comes next.

At our Members-Only Lunch on January 27, we’ll zoom out and look at where DBIA-SW is headed and then zoom right back in on Houston. We’ll share updates on regional growth and strategy, talk openly about how the Houston Chapter can evolve in 2026, and explore real ways to expand the use of design-build across the Houston market.

We’ll also cover what’s happening legislatively in Texas, why it matters to our industry, and how DBIA continues to advocate for Design-Build Done Right®. And if you’ve ever wondered whether there’s a place for you to get more involved — this is the room to be in. We’ll talk through leadership opportunities and how members can plug into the chapter in meaningful ways.

Come for the lunch. Stay for the conversation. Leave with a clearer picture of where DBIA Houston is going — and how you can be part of it.
