Since June 2011, The Creative Fund is a non-profit that serves as a funding mechanism to fill a financial gap that currently exists within Austin’s creative culture by subsidizing rental fees and offer other creative support to area artists.

Amplify Austin is on! Please help us get closer to our goal of raising $5,000 to continue to fulfill TCF's mission of providing venue rental subsidies to Austin performing arts productions.

As Austin rents increase and performance spaces are lost to redevelopment, Austin performing arts companies are facing financial challenges to bring their art to the public. The Creative Fund seeks to cover the difference.

Amplify Austin Day is today! Please donate any amount that will help us get closer to our goal of raising $5,000 to continue to fulfill TCF's mission of providing venue rental subsidies to Austin performing arts productions.

Over eight years, our all-volunteer organization has awarded over $85,000 in grants for 129 productions!! On average, it takes about $40 to pay for one day on a stage. As the challenges to Austin performing arts increase, we are working to scale our granting program to meet the needs of our artists.

The more money we raise today, the more we are able to grant to worthy artists to help pay for their venue rentals and enrich the arts community in Austin.
