North Austin Civic Association We are an active neighborhood association in Austin, Texas. Become a member at www.naca-Austin.org! Approximately 27,500 persons reside within NACA’s boundaries.

The North Austin Civic Association (NACA) is a neighborhood association on the north end of Austin, Texas, USA. NACA represents the area bounded by Highway 183, Kramer Lane, Metric Boulevard, and North Lamar Boulevard. NACA neighborhoods are the Jamestown and Quail Creek subdivisions developed in the late 1960's and early 1970′s. The NACA neighborhood is densely populated with a higher proportion

of rental properties than most Austin neighborhoods. NACA is one of Austin’s most vibrant and affordable areas, home to a diverse population of retirees, African-Americans, Hispanics, Vietnamese-Americans and recent immigrants from as many as 50 different countries.
