“I’m choosing between paying bills and buying pads.” “I’m out of diapers until next paycheck.” These are the realities we’re hearing as we launch Beyond the Cart.

Each Dignity Cart we fill is a small pause in that stress—a bundle of menstrual, hygiene, and baby care essentials that families can request directly from us, no questions asked. Through the holidays, our goal is to reach 1,000 families who deserve to feel clean, prepared, and cared for. ✨

Our hearts go out to all communities affected by the recent catastrophic storms and flooding across Central Texas, especially in Kerr County and the Hill Country region. 💔

In the midst of this devastation, essential needs like menstrual care are often overlooked. But we’re showing up.

Flo Code is teaming up with and to gather donations and deliver menstrual products to those impacted by the floods.

During the month of May increasing awareness is important, but so is your access to resources, healthcare, and products that promote a healthy lifestyle and a happy cycle.

Our collective menstrual rights and access have come a long way -- but in many parts of the country (and world) menstruators still experience barriers that affect their daily lives, careers, and education. As a community, we can continue to support each other to break stigmas and normalize equity for women all over the world, starting right in our own neighborhoods.

Adenomyosis shares many similarities with endometriosis, but they are not the same condition. This means treatment options also are different for women with Adenomyosis.

Many women are still learning about Adenomyosis because it is under-researched. Months like this are important to help fund research, resources, and communities that support people living with Adenomyosis.

International Women’s Day represents a collective and continuous effort to be more inclusive of the literal backbones of our organizations and families — women. It’s a day to show solidarity and actionable ways you or your brand support women, our rights, and our equality in all spaces.

To date, Flo Code has donated over 1 MILLION menstrual products to those in need, mobilizing communities to help change the conversation and break the stigma around reproductive health and hygiene through education, advocacy, and donations. And we aren’t stopping anytime soon!

Flo Code is 100% woman-founded, led, operated, and extremely proud to serve women and our community.
