This month at Texas Counselors for Social Justice we’re shining a spotlight on men’s mental health — because men often face unique barriers to seeking support, and too many suffer in silence.

✅ It’s okay to not be okay.
✅ It’s brave to reach out.
✅ You are not alone.

If you’re a brother, father, son, colleague or friend — let’s break the stigma together. Speak up. Lean in. Get supported.

Tip of the month: One small check-in with someone you care about can create a big difference. Ask “How are you really doing?” and listen.
