Hop on the bus as our guest host series continues with Amanda Schutzman (.sells.records) of All Media Supply! Amanda sits down with Melissa Forsythe, owner of Rainbow Records () in Newark, Delaware, a 47-year staple in the community and home to a one-of-a-kind traveling record store bus. From growing up around bootleg tape conventions to running a record shop and nonprofit supporting live music, Melissa’s journey is rooted in true DIY spirit. They talk about what it really takes to own and shape an independent record store, plus the realities (and excitement) of gearing up for Record Store Day.
