provided immediate relief to 60 individuals experiencing homelessness through our Sunday Service Street Outreach.

That’s 60 people who received food, water, and essential resources…
60 people who were seen, supported, and reminded they are not forgotten.

This is what We Can Now is about —
meeting people where they are and creating real pathways forward.

Every week we step into the community with purpose, love, and action.
And every week, lives are impacted www.wecannow.org

Today, in honor of 3/6 We Can NowDay — we are asking 100 people to donate $36

Officially proclaimed by the , this day represents something bigger than an organization — it represents a community coming together to serve our most vulnerable neighbors.

In 6 years we have served over (3,500) + People experiencing homeless through , 5,000 people with partners, transitioned over 150 people from the streets into stable housing through our and ushered over 200 into city shelters from encampment’s we supported!

Many of the people we serve are our neighbors who have fallen on hard, Single parents, Veterans, youth aging out of foster care, adults fleeing domestic violence, and mental health patients, some are experiencing homelessness for the first time. What they all deserve is compassion, opportunity, and a pathway forward.

If 100 people give $36, we raise $3,600 that goes directly toward:

• Street Outreach✅
• Housing Diversion✅
• Healthy Food Access✅
• Community Immediate need Support✅

To our donors, volunteers, and partners — you make this work possible. Because of you, people receive not just food or supplies, but hope and a reminder that the community still cares.

If I Can Do it, You Can Do It, We Can Do It.💯

We Can Now Providing resources to the most vulnerable isn’t charity — it’s responsibility. Salute to HEB & Thriftish

When someone is living outside, every basic need becomes a daily battle. Food isn’t just food. It’s survival. Water isn’t just water. It’s life. Hygiene supplies aren’t small items — they are dignity.

Meeting people where they are means we remove the barriers. We don’t wait for someone without transportation, without identification, without stability to “figure it out.” We go directly into the encampments. We stand on the sidewalks. We show up in the cold and the heat. That’s how trust is built.

When trust is built, transformation becomes possible.

For many people experiencing homelessness, systems feel complicated and distant. But when we bring healthy food, medical supplies, clothing, and prayer directly to them, we’re saying:

“You matter right now. Not when you’re housed. Not when you’re clean. Not when you’ve figured it out. Right now.” www.wecannow.org

Honored to speak at . We Can Now

Some may have wondered why someone working in homelessness was on a real estate stage…

Because homelessness is a real estate issue.

It’s about supply.
It’s about access.
It’s about how we structure assets.
It’s about who gets to participate in development — and who gets left out.

The homelessness sector isn’t just charity work.
It’s one of the largest untapped impact investment opportunities in our cities.

When you understand this space, you see:

• Cost-effective diversion models that outperform traditional systems
• Underutilized properties that can be repositioned for stabilization
• Public-private partnerships that create predictable funding streams
• Social return that strengthens neighborhoods and reduces strain on cities

Smart investors don’t just look for appreciation.
They look for transformation.

The next evolution of real estate isn’t just luxury, mixed-use, or short-term rentals.

We Can Now : 89 people served today.
Immediate relief through medical support, hygiene essentials, healthy food, clothing, and prayer—meeting people exactly where they are.

Huge gratitude to Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO) for coming out and serving alongside us, and to H‑E‑B for providing fresh, healthy food for our community.

This work doesn’t happen alone. Thank you to our partners, volunteers, and staff who continue to show up with compassion, dignity, and love.
This is what community looks like. ❤️ Philippians4-13
