Dear Neighbors of The Bluffs,

It has been a while since we have had a HOA meeting or a HOA organized event and so to kick off summer 2017, we thought we would go ahead and combine both of those missions in one!

Come join us on Sunday, June 4th at 3pm in the cul-de-sac where Cedarcliffe meets Wafer Ash. In addition to holding the HOA Board nomination and election, you can also meet new neighbors and enjoy some summer snacks.

Feel free to bring pets and kids!

Does anybody know how to admit new members to this web page? A mail used to be sent to somebody who would verify that the person lived in this HOA, but I don't know who that was. So how do we accept new members? (Jessie Wang wants to join and get involved). I haven't yet been able to figure out who receives the HOA email (address shown on the web page) or how we can change it so the current Secretary receives the mails. Thanks for your help.

The result of Bluffs HOA 2013 Holiday Lights Contest is out! The signs have been put up in the front yard of the winners. The winners are:

First Prize: 12515 Cedarcliffe Dr
Second: 8757 Wafer Ash Way
Third: 11300 Cedarcliffe Dr

Many families made excellent efforts to bring up the holiday spirits in our neighborhood. A couple of houses didn't make the final three, but are actually quite close.

We have created a TeamBox page where everyone can leave input, but only the board members will be able to read the comments. Any positive remarks will be posted. Suggestions will be considered and opened to discussion by all homeowners if it would be beneficial. Complaints will be discussed by board members only and action taken when warranted.
