whose membership consists of Texas REALTORS® and other parties
interested in the preservation of private-property rights and the real estate profession. Federal law prohibits soliciting contributions from individuals who are not REALTOR® members. Information disseminated in the public domain about TREPAC might be considered a solicitation, therefore investments received from non-REALTOR® members through this online campaign will be returned.
