Wishing all our Spartans and amazing run tomorrow for Marine Corps Marathon!

In 2007, 1stLt Travis Manion set out to complete the Marine Corps Marathon (MCM) with his dad, Tom Manion, and his best friend from the United States Naval Academy, LT (SEAL) Brendan Looney, USN. Tragically, Travis made the ultimate sacrifice in Iraq before he could compete.

As that October approached, Brendan, Tom, Travis' sister Ryan, and several other family members and friends decided that they would honor Travis' memory by finishing the race that he was unable to start.

Since then, hundreds of Spartans have come together each October to run for one reason – to remember those heroes who lost their lives protecting our freedom.

This year marks the biggest Team TMF ever, with over 250 runners carrying forward the legacy Travis began and honoring the sacrifice of hundreds of other fallen heroes.

We can't wait to see you all out there tomorrow. 🇺🇸

Before “If Not Me, Then Who…” was a movement, it was just something my brother used to say.

Simple words that became a compass.
They guided me through loss, purpose, and the kind of strength you only find when you’ve been brought to your knees.

His voice is still here.
Reminding me to do the hard things, to serve, to love, to keep showing up.

Now, those same words live on in a new way.
In a story for the next generation.
A story about courage, kindness, and the lessons my brother left behind.

I’m beyond proud to announce my new children’s book, Things My Brother Used to Say, inspired by the lessons and spirit of my brother, 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC.

Thank you to for believing in this story and helping to share it with the world.

Launching November 24, but available now for preorder. Link to order here- http://bit.ly/4n7Vqxp

🚨 Big News for the Austin 9/11 Heroes Run 🚨

We are honored to announce that Colonel Tom Manion will be joining us this year! 🇺🇸
Col. Manion served 30 years in the Marine Corps before continuing his career with Johnson & Johnson. But his greatest legacy lives on through the story of his son, 1stLt. Travis Manion, USMC, who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country in April 2007.

Following Travis’s passing, the Manion family founded the Travis Manion Foundation (TMF). This movement has since inspired thousands to live with character, lead with service, and embody the powerful motto: “If Not Me, Then Who…”

As TMF’s Chairman Emeritus, Tom has traveled the country inspiring communities with a message of resilience, sacrifice, and service. He is also the co-author of Brothers Forever, which shares the remarkable bond between Travis and his Naval Academy roommate, LT (SEAL) Brendan Looney.

✨ Don’t miss the chance to be part of this powerful day—running, walking, and remembering alongside heroes like Col. Manion, who remind us what this event is all about.
