🚨Join us for the 43rd Annual Wisconsin Alumni Association - Austin Chapter BRAT FEST on Thursday October 29!

Thank you to Adam Loewy, past president and alum, for sponsoring this event. All proceeds raised from this event will go towards our scholarship program!

Please join us for a night of connecting with fellow alumni over a feast of brats and an iconic view of downtown Austin.

WHERE: Austin Sunshine Camp (225 Andrew Zilker Rd, Austin, TX 78746)

We will provide the brats (including meatless options), sides, fixings - N/A and beer! 🌭🍺

ITINERARY:
5:00–7:00 p.m. Check-In, Greetings, and Networking
7:00–9:00 p.m. Dinner & Mingling
9:00–9:30 p.m. Farewells
9:30 p.m. After-Party at Deep Eddy Cabaret

BRING:
We’ll provide the sides but welcome guests to bring a dish (appetizer, side or dessert). Don’t forget to wear your Badger Red!

Kindly note: you do not have to be an alumni to participate. All alumni, friends, students, brat and beer lovers, and parents of the University of Wisconsin are welcome to attend!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Brewtorium and participated in ! Each gift to group name scholarship fund is meaningful. Together, your generosity throughout the day helped raise more than $3,400 toward our efforts to send local students to the University of Wisconsin! Thank you to all of our donors!

Get ready to celebrate Day of the Badger with your favorite local alumni chapter! Day of the Badger is a 1,848 minute-long donation drive benefiting local scholarship funds to support local Badgers.

Every dollar we raise for our scholarship fund, up to $3,000, will be matched, so this is the perfect opportunity to help the next generation of Badgers.

We’ll be hanging out at The Brewtorium Brewery (6015 Dillard Cir A, Austin, TX 78752) from 5:30 - 7:30pm on April 14. Come hang out with local Badger alumni, enjoy some apps on us, and find out more about how to give.

(From Brewtorium: We have a dedicated parking lot to the South of our building for our guests. Additional parking is available at Mother’s Milk Bank after 5pm on weekdays.)

Since 1986, the WAA: Austin Chapter has worked to bring together University of Wisconsin–Madison alumni in the Austin area to provide scholarships to central Texas students attending UW–Madison.
